OABC Format

OABC format is the coolest format in existence for writing text. It is a design that makes writing easy for the writer and reading easy for the reader.  It is a very logical and systematic procedure and makes writing doable for those that have a hard time coming up with all that philosophical fluff that means a whole lot of nothing. I will be explaining how the format works by describing what each part of OABC means.
O is for Opening.  This can be the opening paragraph of a text. This paragraph is what introduces the topic of the writing to the reader. Its design is to get the reader hooked and wanting to know more. It is wise to provide background information of the topic and anything else that would interest the reader to continue reading.
A is for Agenda. The agenda is what maps out the whole rest of the text. The agenda can be positioned at the end of the opening paragraph and states what the writer will discuss.  This is a key organization factor that helps the writer focus on what needs to be stated and helps the reader not get lost.
B is for Body. The body is about 80 to 90 percent of the text. In this portion the writer tackles the topic and covers in detail the key points listed in the agenda.
C is for Closing.  The closing may be the concluding paragraph of the text. The writer can summarize main points mentioned in the body in this paragraph, recommend action, and make conclusions.

Following the OABC format is a road to success in business writing. It gets the job done. The text comes out clear, organized, and professional. Everyone is satisfied.
